After the viewings I will send you a written comparison of the 3 properties and my recommendation.
Delivery schedule: call within 7 days of booking; reports within 3–5 business days after each review/viewing.

Package 3: VIP Buyer’s Companion: €1500
What’s included:
Strategy Call (60–90 min) → We define your goals, budget, preferred areas, and investment strategy.
Property Research & Coordination → For up to 60 days, I’ll handpick suitable listings based on your wish list, I handpick suitable listings or work with the ones you already found.
Viewing Arrangements → I contact the real estate agencies on your behalf to schedule viewings efficiently.
Accompanied Viewings → Up to 5 property visits in person (within 2 full days). I’ll be there with you to help evaluate each property and ensure the right questions are asked.
Live Video (optional) → For remote buyers, I can stream the viewings live.
Post-Viewing Report → Detailed written analysis of each property, including pros/cons, rental and resale potential, and key risks.
Comparison Summary → Spreadsheet comparing your shortlisted properties with ROI & cash flow estimates.
